Fallgility

Fallen leaves, leaving.

These images are part of the metaphor of desire, a desire for what I want but have not yet become. The desire to fly above my own ghosts. My purpose with this series is that seeing it again and again, strikes the same feeling I get when looking intently at a leaf falling from a tree: The time it takes to reach the ground from a high branch causes an emotion as strong as "Proust's madeleine", which triggered all the memories of my life. Like the fragility of my protagonist; like the autumn light.
